Dr. Guillermo de los Reyes, is currently an assistant professor of Latin American Culture and Cultural Studies, in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages, at the University of Houston. He received an M.A. and B.A. from the Universidad de las Americas - Puebla, in Mexico. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Policy Studies Organization, and he is Director of Membership of the International Phi Beta Delta, Honorary Society for International Scholars.
