The Policy Studies Organization is proud to partner with Tulane Univeristy and the Director of Forensics at Texas State University, to present the 2014 Westminster Debates. The event took place as a part of the Southern Political Sciene Association’s 85th Annual Conference. Teams from Lousiana Tech University, Texas State University, University of Mississippi, and the University of Southern Mississippi debated the motion: “This house believes that American higher education ill-prepares students for professional life.” The debates used a tradtional parlimentary style, and can be viewed below:
